For the past 5 months we have been working on density studies for a 13,000 square foot mixed use project in Downtown Steamboat. At the corner of 6th and Yampa we have designed a unique, building, consisting of four 2,000+ square foot residences and 2,000 square feet of commercial space. This will be an exciting project considering the transformation of Yampa Street into a pedestrian corridor.
