ALPENGLOW

MARABOU
Marabou Ranch consists of 62 homesteads averaging from 5 to 7 acres. The community is situated on 1,717 acres of beautiful ranch land with 1,300 acres of designated open space. A Wildlife Mitigation Plan has been incorporated into every aspect of the Marabou design. A herd of 55 Red Angus cattle graze specific meadows. Amenities at Marabou include the River House Lodge, six owner's cabins, outfitter's cabin, spa, fitness center, theater, activity center, barn, arena, mountain camp and abundant outdoor opportunities supported by master guides (fly fishing, snow sports, mountain biking, equestrian).
