Howelsen Place will consist of two buildings offering 35 residential units, retail and office space. Howelsen Place is set in the heart of downtown Steamboat Springs at the corner of 7th and Lincoln. This exciting project will capture the historical significance of ski jumping and will be highlighted by a bronze statue of Carl Howelsen, the founder of ski jumping.
